 Could you please assist with the M-Files Import Tool setup, XML Setting file and Excel Data Sheet Template to import Customer information from Excel to M-Files please.

M-Files Importer user guide is available on the Support Portal, you can refer to it for the configuration options: M-Files Importer - User Guide 
 The M-Files Importer package includes some sample files so a good way to get started is to check the sample settings and data files and see how those are formatted.
