Which is better? Store file data in the vault database OR Store file data in a file-system folder

Hi,

When configuring a Vault and using Microsoft SQL server, there are 2 options to store your file-data.

Store file data in the vault database

Store file data in a file-system folder

Which one is the best practice? Differences between these 2 options? Which is easier to maintain/backup?
