Update one workflow state from another workflow

Hello All, 
 We have some problem with Workflow integration. 
 Please watch this video. Presenter explain how he update Invoice row in the workflow and related Invoice update automatically workflow. 
 
 I downloaded this vault from Partner portal but this is not working. we have exactly same case and we need update Invoice state based on Invoice Row state. 
 Can we do this with "Property Calculator" ? 
 Maybe we have some another working example?

It sounds like they are using the Hierarchy Manager module from Compliance Kit as it has been designed for this exact use case (manage and coordinate workflow processes across multiple related objects). This is a licensed CK module so please check if your current license allows you to use it.
