I manage the Common Views for my organization.
When creating a common View - I might have two grouping levels - first by Organization, and then by Date.
However, I've noticed if I sort the Organization view by name A-Z - that's great, but then that means the Date View will also do this, and that mean the 'parent' then sorts by Z to A.
