How to make a collapsible grouping in metadata card configuration for more than 2 or 3 documents using the same properties

Hello,

I have been trying to use same properties to the different documents, but somehow I've created the rules for each of the documents by using Admin tool's Metadata card Configuration setting. And I cannot see the collapsible property group's name on my metadata. Can I use one property for the multiple documents with many other collapsible property grouping? Thank you.
