A bit of advice please.
I have a tag called Bonus Letter that is under the property Document Type.
I would like the permissions to change to a particular group when this property is selected.
I just want to check if this is the best way. The steps i have taken (in test vault)
Via metadata structure (flat view) Change Document Type permissions to = Enable automatic permissions via this property
in hierarchical view on the Document Type find Bonus Letter and change the permissions for this tag.
Restrict the permission of objects that refer to this value = YES
Use names access control lists = Yes and select the group.
I have tested and it is doing what i want, i just want to make sure this is the best way. I may have to do another one
I did want to create a rule but could not see anyway to change the permissions
