Applying Watermark By Using PDF Processor

Hi Muddassar,

you can use Document Processing module in Extension Kit. With Document Processing you can set watermark on specific files, put a custom name on the watermark, etc. Here's the screenshot of the configuration.

This configuration is set to pdf file, but you can use other formats.

But if MFD having multiple PDF files and I need to use one of them for watermark, then how it can be fit ?

Hi Muddassar,

Filename wildcards are used to select files from an object on which an action will be executed. For example, if you have [Agreement] in the filename, you can specify [Agreement].pdf and only that file will be processed.

Thanks for your response but this functionality is not part of compliance kit ? Or I need to have extension kit ?

I am not sure Compliance Kit has this functionality, this a part of Extension Kit.
