is it possible to show Icon next to property (like icon next to lookup properties)?
And if you have any idea how to set listener when you hoover that icon (or lookup icon) in UI extensibility framework?

When you say next to lookup properties you mean this?
If you have no value list (let's say a simple text property) where do you want to assign an Icon? What you can always do is use a unicode Icon in a text like this
