CRM and M-Files synchronisation by API

Question

Hello, 
 
 How do I synchronise my "Customers" between my CRM and M-Files by API? I would like to create a "Customer" object type automatically when I create a "Customer" in my CRM by API and not by ODBC.

It depends upon what the other CRM exposes. If they have a REST-style API then, as a partner, you could look at the "HOT" tool. 
 If you do want an immediate call from one to the other then you'd need to write some code inside Nicoka CRM that probably authenticates to our REST API and executes a method to add an object , providing valid metadata for the new object as part of the request. You could do similar requests when objects are updated and deleted in the CRM too.
