This does work, but i would like to open it in a separate window. So if there is already some browser opened, i would like to open it in a new window not as a tabbed one.

Whether the page is opened in a separate window or a separate tab is, to my knowledge, not something that the opening application can control.

Is it a static URL? If yes then you could save the Website as app (Chrome has this function) and call the App instead of the URL.. This will open in a new Window.. Otherwise you could run a AutoHotKey or some other Script and pass the URL and the Script launches the browser with the  corresponding parameters (URL & NewWindows)..

I have to set the content, which i don't need.
