Reading assign to settings with code

Hi 
 
 My scenario: 
 In the below picture i have set some properties for assignments so it reads from all those PDs and now i would like to get all those PDs through code when an assignment is confirmed/rejected. 
 I need those PDs so i can check/do some logic. 
 I hope it's clear

You would need to load the StateAction instance from the server. You can then navigate through "ActionDefinitions" to ActionCreateSeparateAssignment which has the properties on it that I think you're interested in. 
 Note that it has to be the "StateAdmin" instance, not "State". These details are only available for admins.
