how to add metadata to all data in traditional folder

In our system, there are thousands of files in traditional folders (for example: 75000). Is it possible to define metadata for all of these data at the same time? Since we have data within the company, there are restrictions on our admin rights.

With M-Files Desktop, you can select some hundreds of objects in one screen and modify their metadata via the metadata card in one operation. If there are only some thousands of objects and the updates to be made are straightforward (e.g. add the same value to all documents), this might be a viable way to do it even though there's a fair amount of clicking to do. 
 If there is a larger number of documents and updating them manually via the desktop client is not realistically doable, I suggest reaching out to your M-Files reseller or account manager to check the available options. There might be some special tools available to help with the mass update.
