If Statement in MS Word Field Code

Question

We have a Microsoft Word template that we populate with pricing from the metadata card in M-Files. Is there a way to tell Word that if the M-Files property is 0 (or blank, I can work with either) to populate the template with "Per Quote" instead? The property definition is of type Number(real) in M-Files. I see an IF in the field codes, but I'm struggling to get it to work. Not sure if I'm going in the right direction.

This is all done in Word, so it is not specific for M-Files apart from the code for the metadata. You can search the net for "word merge if statement" and get a bunch of advice e.g. this one: https://wordmvp.com/FAQs/MailMerge/MMergeIfFields.htm 
 It is a bit tricky but the main thing is that you cannot just type the curly brackets in, you have to use Ctrl-F9 to create a set of brackets. Then you can type or copy paste the content inside as required.
