i already configure the QMS Vault Template now i want to import this vault in prod environment without Test Data (Files created in test environment).

One way would be to create a copy of the vault in the test environment and then move that vault to production.
When creating the copy you have an option to copy almost everything but the documents and other objects. See screenshot below.
When copied, you can backup the new vault database in SQL, restore it on the production SQL server and then attach the vault on the production M-Files server.
