ODBC connection to excel

Question

I'm trying to import the contents from Excel into a value list. I have followed the sets in the following link. All is good till I try to "Refresh Columns". I receive the error below. I've included screenshots of my setup. What am I missing?

Hi there, the region you're sourcing from in the excel sheet needs to be a named region. You can do this by selecting the range in the table and then entering a name in the top left area available for naming regions.
