Upgrading Compliance Kit from 20.10 to 21.12

I haven't heard of such issues from other upgrades and couldn't find any open issues in tracker either. You may want to raise this with the support team to get the situation properly investigated.

The procedure for updating Compliance Kit ‘21 is a little bit different. After installing CK ‘21 there is an additional helper application – M-Files Compliance Kit Installer

At this point, you need to restart M-Files Admin Tool. After restarting, the utility will appear in the configuration menu.

Click on “Complete Upgrade”. After process completed under Applications menu things look as expected

Yes, I've done all those steps and compliance kit is correctly setup and installed. 

It seems that there is a open bug 164491 (was told by M-Files support) which is referring to an issue with state transitions in filters.

Joonas Linkola Do you know anything about this one or about any timelines when it will get fixed?

Unfortunately not, the issue ID will be mentioned in the CK release notes once the fix is implemented and released.
