What’s M-Files IT Admin for Cloud Admin and who is it for?
M-Files IT Admin for Cloud is designed for IT admins responsible for maintaining M-Files Cloud vaults. The goal of the course is to equip admins with the necessary skills and knowledge to maintain their cloud vaults as needed and manage user and user groups in M-Files Manage. They will become familiar with their M-Files maintenance responsibilities, and also the responsibilities of other stakeholders in the M-Files cloud infrastructure.
The course introduces the learner to the M-Files system and components in the cloud infrastructure, cloud responsibilities and stakeholders, user and user group management in M-Files Manage, and cloud vault maintenance operations.
After taking the course, the learners have a clear understanding of their admin role, they understand their responsibilities in the cloud infrastructure and the responsibilities of other stakeholders. We recommend this course is taken during the M-Files implementation phase or whenever there's a new person in the organization taking on the IT admin role.
How is the course structured?
The overall duration of the course is roughly 1 hour and 30 minutes, and it’s divided into the following sections and units:

Each section contains course units with theory, demos, and quizzes.
