M-Files Aino Question - Document Processing Question

Hi, 
 
 Aino looks interesting but there is not much information about it. 
 
 1) Are Documents processed locally or in the Cloud? 
 2) If the Answer is cloud, is there a maximum API Hits or are they payed seperately or is everything included in the Business License (what if License is not maintained anymore)?

1) M-Files Aino processes documents on M-Files Cloud. Please see M-Files Aino - FAQ for more information. 
 2) Each vault, and each user, has a quota on how much content they can ask M-Files Aino to process each day. Large documents use more quota than small ones. I'm not sure if these quotas are publicly documented at the moment. M-Files Aino is part of the Business subscription as long as the subscription is active.
