At M-Files, we're constantly doing things to better enable our users throughout their M-Files journey. In line with this spirit, we are proud to announce the upcoming M-Files Help Center, launching this summer.
M-Files Help Center is an online portal that provides comprehensive user guidance in the form of tutorial videos along with text and visual guides. It's the one-stop shop for quick and easy answers about M-Files, no matter if you're just starting out or have been with us for a while.
Direct access to help from M-Files with one click!
As part of your M-Files update this summer, there will be a new Help icon in the M-Files Desktop and M-Files Web interface. All users have to do is click that icon and they'll be taken to the new M-Files Help Center.

M-Files Help Center is the one-stop-shop, gaining you access to all our key learning resources, such as:
- The Getting Started Guide - Perfect for those who are just starting out and learning the basics of M-Files.
- The M-Files User Guide - The best troubleshooting resource for anything and everything about M-Files, for daily users, advanced users, and admins.
- M-Files Community - A great place to connect with other M-Filers, keep up with the latest news, and get inspired.
- M-Files Training & Academy - For those who prefer to learn about M-Files with an expert trainer or need more in-depth self-paced training, this is where you can learn about our face-to-face training or access our digital training offerings.
Keeping the benefits of M-Files User Lite, but not its disadvantages.
With the release of M-Files Help Center, we will officially deprecate M-Files User Lite. Fear not, however, because M-Files Help Center has all the benefits of User Lite without any of its disadvantages.
1.Unlike with User Lite, users do not need to register or sign up for the M-Files Help Center. This summer, M-Files will have a Help icon in the UI that users can click to gain immediate access to the Help Center, no sign-on required.
2. M-Files Help Center will have all the same content as User Lite, but much more. Furthermore, the content is presented in a far better way that guides new users on an intuitive learning path.
