Welcome to M-Files April 2023 Product Update,
We are constantly working to enhance our platform to provide the greatest user experience. Here are the new releases for M-Files Desktop:
- Simultaneous Metadata and Preview view:
Display the metadata card and document preview side by side for easy access to key information and improved visibility of the documents you're working on.
2. New Content Indicator:
Now you can work more efficiently and organized by staying up to date with assigned tasks and important content that has not been checked in. With this new feature, you will find a red dot on top of the navigation items to alert you that something needs your attention.
- History Icon in the Metadata Card:
Seeing the edits different people have made to a document, or the evolution of a project within its workflows stages is such a useful capability. We decided to make it easier by quickly accessing a document's history with just one click from the metadata card ribbon.
