We are excited to announce an important infrastructure update to our SaaS platform, designed to enhance performance, scalability, and security across all regions where we operate.
As part of this update, we will be releasing a new version of our product between September and November 2025. This release will involve the decommissioning of our current virtual machines and the deployment of new instances hosted in Microsoft Azure across multiple regions.
What This Means for You
If your organization has whitelisted the public IP addresses of our current virtual machines, please be aware that these IPs will change as part of this rollout. To ensure uninterrupted access to our services, we kindly ask you to update your firewall and network configurations with the new IP addresses listed below.
