Dear Customer,
As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing your experience with M-Files, we are introducing again our In-App User Satisfaction Measurement initiative. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us understand our strengths and identify areas for improvement, ensuring we continue to provide you with a seamless and beneficial experience.
Starting May 22nd, we will be collecting user feedback and measuring satisfaction within the M-Files Desktop and New Web Clients. When you access a Vault for the first time after the May update, a pop-up window will appear asking for feedback on the perceived usefulness of the client in use.
Why are We Doing This?
Your input is crucial to our continuous improvement efforts. By understanding users' perceived usefulness of our clients, we can:
- Enhance User Experience: Identify pain points and areas for enhancement to provide a more intuitive and efficient platform.
- Prioritize Developments: Focus our development efforts on features and improvements that matter most to our users.
- Foster Engagement: Show our commitment to listening to user feedback and making informed decisions to better serve your needs.
How Does It Work?
Feedback Request: When you access a Vault for the first time after the May update, a pop-up window could appear asking for feedback on the perceived usefulness of the client in use.
Target Audience: We start by targeting only users with their system language set to English. The plan is to enable this to other languages as well in the future.
Client Specific: Questionnaires are client-specific, meaning you can get the pop-up in both Desktop and New Web clients.
Response Handling: If you answer the questionnaire, the pop-up will not appear again in the same client in six months. If you decline to answer, the same pop-up could now appear again after 14 days.
