M-Files Connector for Copilot publishes selected information from M-Files to the Microsoft 365 platform so that Copilot can refer to it when doing its work.
This information retains the permissions in M-Files, so that Copilot users will see the same information they would see in M-Files.
When a user wants to get more information about a document that was just assigned to them, they can ask Copilot, and Copilot will answer. Even if the document is managed in M-Files.
When clicking a referenced document, it will take the user right to the document in M-Files.
