M-Files Hubshare - December 2023 Product Update

Welcome to M-Files Hubshare December 2023 Product Update, 

We are always committed to enhancing our platform to provide the best user experience possible. Now, we are thrilled to introduce our most recent updates, which were rolled out in December.

 

Possibility to disable user invitation emails for SSO users

• An organization-level admin can now select if user invitation emails are sent for single sign-on (SSO) users. This can be done in Settings > Organization > Single sign-on.

 

Possibility to select how a set of files is saved with M-Files widgets

• In the configuration of M-Files Explorer and M-Files Views widgets, a hub admin can now select how a set of files is saved. It's possible to save files as individual files, as a multi-file, or as a document collection.

 

Hub activity view

• In the Hub activity view, a hub admin can now see information about the hub and the M-Files widgets. The view is in Manage hubs > Hub activity.

 

 

 

 Possibility to permanently delete users

• An organization-level admin can now permanently delete users. Previously, it was possible only to disable users.
