Call to action: This is a reminder that DocuSign has deprecated basic authentication and M-Files customers using the M-Files-DocuSign integration older than 3.x must upgrade to keep DocuSign usable through M-Files. M-Files has been able to extend the earlier deadline in good co-operation with DocuSign. The new deadline for the upgrade is the end of September 2024. This is the final deadline which will not be postponed further.
This affects all M-Files customers who are using M-Files for DocuSign to integrate their M-Files solution with the DocuSign electronic signature service.
M-Files customers who are not using the M-Files for DocuSign integration do not need to take any action.
