Are there any concerns upgrading a year old system, directly to the current version?

We have a setup with server version 24.1 of M-Files and are looking to update it to the current version (I would guess to 25.2 by the time it is agreed).

Are there any concerns from the Server side for making the jump straight to the new version?

I've read through all the intermediate release notes for the versions in between 24.1 to now, and nothing specific concerned me with this client in terms of functional changes.
