Visitor Link for Folder and Views

At the moment visitor links can only be created for individual files. We have plans to redesign the sharing experience later this year, I'll add a note for our product team to consider options for sharing also views to people without access to M-Files via links.

If the sharing is continuous (for instance collaboration with external subcontractors), consider M-Files Hubshare which enables you to automate the sharing processes and provides also upload options for the external parties.

I don't know details of the planned functionalities yet, only that the sharing experience will be modernized on the second half of this year. Stay tuned for more information once these enhancements start rolling out.
