Is there a way to edit a Value List Item from the Desktop Client

Question

Every time we need to edit a Value List Item(Rename the value), we need to do it from the Admin Console. Is there a way to do this using the desktop client instead?

Value list items can only be renamed through M-Files Admin. If you wish to allow end users to perform this action via the desktop client, you can convert the value list to an object type and assign appropriate edit permissions to the relevant users or user groups via the object permissions.
