File Formats for Blank Templates

The configuration looks correct and aligns with the setup described in the support article Blank template list is configurable from December'22 release onwards when creating new document.

When modifying client settings, you often need to log out of the vault and back in to get the new settings from the server.

For further investigation, I recommend contacting your M-Files reseller. They can review your environment in more detail and engage M-Files Support if needed.
