Change the property in email subject

Dear community members,

As I understand, the share link by email sets the Title of the object (Document) as subject of the email.

Is it possible to change the property or append another property to it? 

We have already asked before 6 months about that and we received no answer,

Any ideas or suggestions are very welcome
