Drag and drop email from Outlook - default properties auto populated

Is it possible to customise the properties auto-populated when dragging and dropping an email into M-Files direct from Outlook (or using the M-Files ribbon), or are these predefined and not editable? I know how to create/edit new links into the vault using the M-Files data file and can amend the properties which are autocompleted there, but they haven't mirrored across.

    A useful method is to create sub folders in Outlook under your M-Files vault. You can specify M-Files properties for each sub folders and set fixed or dynamic property values as needed. I find this very useful and simply drag emails to the relevant subfolder directly in Outlook.
