The new m-files web does not have the option to "Change password"

This option is not yet available in M-Files Web but will be added later. If you also still have the classic M-Files Web enabled, it can be used to change the password of accounts using M-Files authentication. The address for the password reset page is <Classic Web URL>/ResetPassword.aspx.

I tried using the link provided, but it doesn't work.

In on-premises servers the password reset feature is not necessarily enabled. Please contact your M-Files representative for instructions on how to enable it.
