M-Files client - Windows 11 issue previewing MP3 files

Question

We have a user of M-Files desktop client. She recently got Windows 11. Since then she is unable to preview an MP3 file in a vault. If she double-clicks she can play the MP3 file in Windows Media Player. And Windows Media player IS the default app for .mp3 files. She just cannot preview and gets the following error:

MP3 preview is supported out of the box in M-Files Web: https://userguide.m-files.com/user-guide/latest/eng/preview.html 
 On the classic M-Files Desktop you would have to find a suitable application that supports previewing MP3s. An application that can open a file of a certain format cannot necessarily preview it. You can test this also in Windows Explorer outside M-Files: if the preview works there, it should also work in M-Files Desktop.
