Client warning "The following files or folders are still open"

I have a user that gets a warning when she exits M-Files that there are open files or folders, but she does not have anything open or checked out. Is there a way to clear the warning? I tried Settings > Clear Local Cache, but she is still getting the warning on one document.

  • Those documents seem to be open in Windows Explorer - or at least that's what Windows thinks.  Has she accessed them at all during the session?

    I assume this just happens for one user, so something unique to her desktop?  Maybe anti-virus or similar?
