PDF/XML attachments are converted to .bin files.

I have a strange issue where M-Files converts attachments (PDF and XML) in email messages into .bin files.

If I rename the .bin file to .pdf, I can open it without any problems. What’s odd is that this doesn’t happen with all emails. We are using M-Files 22.11. What could be causing this issue?

    That's strange. Your M-Files version is a couple of years old so you could try updating to the latest release and see if that helps, there might have been some relevant fixes. If that doesn't help, I suggest reaching out to M-Files Support or your M-Files reseller so this can be investigated.
