HTTP Error 503 - UserGroups

Whenever I try to do anything with usergroups (edit/create) a HTML error pops up.
This issue started this week, Monday or Tuesday I think?

Anybody knows what this could be?

Here is the error text:

EDIT:
Should have mentioned this happens only on a cloudvault also.

Any answers are welcome

Parents
  • In case anyone else stumbles into this post, I have received the following reply from M-Files support:

an issue has been identified in our cloud infrastructure that causes this error. Our developers are working to fix it.

    edit: and the follow-up:

this issue should now be resolved. Please see if you can now manage the user groups as expected.

For me it is working again.

  • I see from an internal Teams chat that the fix was deployed this morning.  The fix was applied to the cloud infrastructure so no changes are/were needed at an individual subscription/vault level.

Apologies to those affected; please do update us if this continues to be a problem for you.

  • Works as expected for me too. Thank you Slight smile
