user in active directory but not on m-files

Hi, 

A user changed her name.  She appears correctly in the AD group but not on M-Files, how do I correct the situation. 

This is the user in AD (new surname is Padfield)

In M-Files she is still as Taylor and her account is disabled.

I thought that I could edit her login name - new login but I can't get passed this screen.  I am not sure what values to enter.

Am I missing something?
