M-Files/Docusign Integration - How can I change the Account that the integration is using?

I'm having trouble changing the Docusign Account that the M-Files/Docusign integration is using (and has been using for the past few years).
We have our integration user account that has access to 2 different Docusign Accounts under our organization, and right now the integration is setup on Account "A" but we need to switch it to Account "B". 
I have tried changing the default Docusign Account of that user to Account "B" and tried to reauthenticate through M-Files Admin (the User ID is the same) but it didn't work (the integration is still running on Account "A").

Any help would be appreciated.

  • Are both of these accounts for production use, or is one of them perhaps for the DocuSign demo environment? This is a common source of confusion since the email address might be the same for both the demo and production account. You can control which environment is used with the "Use DocuSign Demo Environment" setting in the application configuration.

    If that's not the reason and you can't resolve this yourself, I recommend raising this with your reseller for further troubleshooting. They can liaise with M-Files support teams as necessary.
