Timestamp problem in M-Files new desktop

New Desktop doesn't yet support editing timestamp properties, but this capability is coming at some point in the future. We don't have a release estimate yet though.

Do you have a suggestion as an alternative?

For now you can switch back to the Classic Desktop if you need to manually edit such a value, or if it's something that can be automatically calculated then have a look for instance at Property Calculator add-on.

Hi Joonas, any updates on editing timestamp properties in New Desktop? 

This is quite a drawback for switching to New Web for some clients that use timestamp regularly.

There has been some progress on the development side but I don't have any estimate to share on when this might be available. I recommend following the release notes for updates on the New Desktop capabilities.
