Prerequisites for M-Files Web Home Page

What are some prerequisites for setting up Web Home Page? 

If I want to have different URLs for new web and for classic web?

Do I need to have different bindings?

I need classic web only for public links, are public links even supported for new web? If not, is this soon on the roadmap?
