Filling Information within Document based on workflow state

Hi,

I have a case where the we need to record the user's name in a Word form during review and approval state. Is that possible?

You can do it with property calculator and a simple VBScript. Just take the name from "assigned to" and maybe last modified for timestamp it and write it to a multi-line property

Then, you can take this information to word with using a template
