Are you looking for people who flagged that document and "follows" it ?

Yes exactly. The people that clicked the "Follow"  flag and are getting notifications regarding those objects

Ah, for every user there is a view under "other views" called "favorites" and "pinned". Apparently, it filters the view using a property definition called "favourite view" but it is not listed in property definitions...

Weird. ChatGPT says there is no direct way to check who favourited/followed that document... only some workarounds..

Maybe someone from M-Files has a way to do it..
