Thanks for the great question! At this time, it is not possible to add columns to the Pinned tab. I’ve recorded this feature request for our product team to consider as a potential future enhancement.

In the meantime, you might consider if it would be possible to create a view that displays the relevant content. Views allow you to include the columns you need.

I have tried to create a View showing my pinned items, but I was not able to find the correct filters. Can you please guide me setting up the view? Thank you.

Apologies for the confusion. It’s not possible to create a view that displays pinned items directly. My suggestion was to review the types of objects you have pinned and determine whether they could be surfaced using specific search conditions within a standard view.
