Entra ID authentication not working for all users. Could change of IP vault impacted?

Hi,

Recently, there was a change of IP in the Cloud Vault.

As long as they follow below, there should not be any problem.

IF customer is using IP based firewalling then they need to update their firewall rules to match to the new IP address as it was stated in the original email:
"this change will have no impact for you if you do not use the public IP address of your M-Files Cloud vault for your internal firewall rules. "

Today, all users that access M-files Web Vault URL gets an error

This happens when they use Entra ID (since this was their configuration/setup)

When admin tries M-files credentials manually, able to log in.

So it means only Entra ID authentication returns with an error.
