We use M-files desktop client and we use Outlook classic client. Our Outlook classic desktop has the M-files add-in. Many of our users have several shared mailboxes mapped via Account Settings to open in their Outlook. Periodically a shared mailbox will get renamed to be "M-files" but still points to a shared mailbox. Users have to remove this mailbox via Account Settings, and then add it back again. This fix will work for a period of time, but then it will happen again, with either the same or a different shared mailbox randomly getting renamed. I opened a support ticket but support was unable to determine the cause. Has anyone else seen this happen or know how we might prevent it?
