Hello,
An M-Files user received a notification with a link to an M-Files object. She got the dialogue to open via the web app or the desktop app and she selected the desktop because it is her preferred interface, but it seems like the system is not finding the app (but it is installed). See screenshots, any ideas of what is going on.
She has the app installed and this is the version (same as me)
Any ideas?
