Is it possible to set up a template for creating documents directly from Hubshare?

Currently, I upload a document template from my desktop to Hubshare every time I want to create a new document in M-Files.
- It would be great if there was an option to set a template for uploading.

Is it possible to automatically populate the Hubshare user into a metadata field, based on who is uploading the document to M-Files?
