Filling in fillable PDF

As far as I know, there's no built-in feature or official add-on for this. You'll likely need a custom solution, unless someone can point to an existing partner add-on.

If you decide to build your own solution, you may want to look into using a third-party library such as Aspose.PDF.

According to Gemini and Copilot there is a PDF Form Filling as part of the CK PDF Processor. Is there any truth regarding that?

At least I haven't encountered that kind of functionality personally.

I would love to, but I do not find the module PDF form filling...

With AI it's often a good idea to ask it to go and check its homework.  If it cannot provide you with details on exactly how it found any answer, then there is often a strong possibility that it made it up.  Which is what seems to have happened here.

Always question the answers you get from AI.  In my experience it often wants to be helpful and provide you with answers, even if such answers are not entirely aligned with reality.

In addition to what Craig has said below, another great test to see if AI is making it up again is ask for the vendor documentation reference. In this case I too asked gemini, got the same story, but I know that AI is useless so I asked it where in the MFiles documentation this is. 

Give it a go yourself if you ahve the time, it is fun seen how it digs a deeper hole. This is the response I got when I just gave up;

"A "Ghost" Feature: It exists in the code schema for future development but has never been officially released or documented in the "Functional Description" PDF you have."
