We are in a situation where we need to allow a lot of users to access M-Files. For the time being most of the properties are vissible to all internal users. We are limiting who is seeing what based on Workflow State and some more criteria from the metadata card of the user.
Is there a way to group the properties into groups, lets say this set of properties are personal data and only a specific usergroup has access to those? We already have the usergroups created.
I am looking for a way to group and execute at scale and not one property at a time. Upon creation all the properties have full access for internal users.
