How to set a permanent activity filter on web/new desktop?

Hi, i'm wondering if it's possible to set a permanent activity filter to comments only to make it more readable for users.



This change reverts every time a new document is opened and makes looking up approver comments difficult since without the filter there is a lot of irrelevant information for the client.
